Effective June 2014, CalHEART has a new user account management site to handle password changes/resets and contact information updates.

  • If you have not already, please register and set up three security questions and answers to enable management of your own password changes or resets.

  • Register in the new system by clicking the account management link below. If you are unable to register, send an Email to HealthCAReport@cdph.ca.gov. 

  • Passwords expire after 60 days. Once registered, you can change or reset your password with ease.
