CalHEART has been updated. See the AFL for details. |
Existing accounts have been migrated to the update where possible. If your account wasn't migrated please email the CalHEART Support Team. |
New users, please use the registration link to request a sign-in. After you register, please sign-in and use the Facility Assignments panel on the My Account page to request facility access. |
The Request Facility Access help document explains the process of requesting facility access. |
This update includes a new user role for administering facility access (FAAs). FAAs are facility, not CDPH, staff that administer facility access. CDPH processes FAA access requests. All other facility access requests are processed by FAAs. The FAA panel of the My Account page lists the FAAs assigned to the facilities you've requested. |
An FAA must be assigned before new access requests can be processed. If you don't see an FAA for your facility in the FAAs list, please ask a licensee of your healthcare organization to designate one. |
